P6SMB440A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in compact surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package format. The device features a breakdown voltage of 440V with a peak pulse power dissipation rating of 600 watts and a typical temperature coefficient of 0.1% per °C.
