DESCRIPCIÓN

MOV-10D621K is a 10 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. The device features a nominal varistor voltage of 620 V with a maximum continuous voltage rating of 385 V rms (505 V dc), and delivers a maximum peak current of 1025 A at 8/20 µs pulse with a clamping voltage of 682 V. It offers high energy absorption capability of 70 J per surge, fast response time of 10–25 ns, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The varistor is RoHS compliant and suitable for power supplies, power systems, line voltage protection, telecom systems, and white goods applications where robust surge protection is required.
