DESCRIPTION

GDT21-15-S1-RP is a next-generation 2-electrode gas discharge tube arrestor designed for surge protection against induced voltage transients such as lightning and AC induction. This surface mount device features a DC sparkover voltage of 150V ±30%, insulation resistance greater than 100 MO, and capacitance less than 0.3 pF at 1 MHz. The compact package measures 3.2 mm L x 1.6 mm W x 1.6 mm H and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. With a nominal impulse discharge current of 500 A (8/20 µs) and UL 497B recognition, this RoHS compliant device is ideal for applications including set top boxes, industrial communications, HVAC controls, xDSL, POTS, G.Fast, and antennae systems.
