DESCRIPTION

CR1206-FX-2002ELF is a thick film chip resistor from Bourns' CR Series designed for general-purpose and precision applications. It features a 1/4 W power rating at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 200 V, and a maximum overload voltage of 400 V, with rated current of 2 A and maximum overload current of 5 A. The resistor offers 1% and 5% tolerance options with a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C (for 1% tolerance) and tight tolerance of bottom electrode width for improved performance. It incorporates a three-layer termination process with nickel barrier to prevent leaching and ensure excellent solderability, and is RoHS compliant. The CR1206 package measures 3.10 ± 0.10 mm in length and 1.55 ± 0.10 mm in width, making it suitable for compact PCB designs. Common applications include consumer electronics, industrial control circuits, and precision measurement systems where reliable resistive elements are required.
