DESCRIPTION

CI100505-R10J is a multilayer chip inductor from the Bourns C1100505 Series designed for high-frequency applications. It features an inductance of 100 nH with ±5% tolerance measured at 100 MHz, a typical Q factor of 8 at 100 MHz and 14 at 500 MHz, and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 550 MHz minimum (650 MHz typical). The inductor has a maximum DC resistance of 1.50 ohms and a rated current (Irms) of 100 mA. With a compact 0402 (1.0 mm × 0.5 mm) form factor, ceramic base material, and Ag/Ni/Sn terminals, this RoHS-compliant component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Common applications include mobile phones, cellular phones, CTV, VCR, HIC, and FDD circuits.
