DESCRIPTION

The CDSOD323 series TVS Diode Array used for surge and ESD protection applications. Voltage ranging is 12V in bidirectional configuration. It conforms to JEDEC standards, is easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration minimizes roll away. It will meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge) requirements. Tipical aplications are computer notebooks, cellular phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), digital cameras and etc. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
