DESCRIPTION

CD214A-FS1J is a glass passivated fast response rectifier chip diode designed for high-frequency rectification applications in compact electronic systems. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600 V, a maximum average forward current of 1 A, and is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) compatible package with low profile dimensions. The device exhibits a maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 1.70 V at 1 A, a reverse recovery time of 35 ns maximum, and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and carries a UL 94V-0 rating, making it suitable for switch mode power supplies, portable equipment batteries, DC/DC converters, and telecommunications applications where high efficiency and low power loss are critical.
