DESCRIPTION
CD214A-B360R is a Schottky barrier rectifier chip diode designed for high-frequency rectification and power conversion applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60 V, a maximum average forward current of 3 A, and a maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 0.42 V at 1 A, delivering low power loss and high efficiency. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) compatible package with a low profile, thermal resistance of 86 °C/W (junction to ambient) and 24 °C/W (junction to lead), and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is RoHS compliant with UL 94V-0 classification and is ideal for switch-mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, portable equipment batteries, telecommunications, and high-frequency rectification applications.
