DESCRIPTION

5712-K is a high current toroid inductor from Bourns' 5700 series, designed for applications requiring low radiation and high current capacity. This RoHS compliant component features high inductance capability and compensates for reduced inductance with DC bias by increasing inductance with AC excitation current. The inductor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. Common applications include power supply filtering and switching power converters where low electromagnetic interference and high current handling are essential.
