DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-2-472 is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a resistance value of 4,700 ohms (472 code) and ±2% tolerance. This medium-body component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms, and provides a power rating of 0.080 watt per resistor at 70°C. The device is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it suitable for automatic placement equipment and tape-and-reel packaging. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where multiple matched resistors are required.
