DESCRIPTION

The 4609M-101-103LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring a bussed circuit configuration (101) with 9 pins and a medium profile design for enhanced power handling. It incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with a resistance value of 10 kO (code 103). The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, and insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. It is RoHS compliant with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations (LF), features epoxy resin body construction, and conforms to UL94V-0 flammability standards. This component is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks such as DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network implementations.
