DESCRIPTION

The 4608X-102-154LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring a resistance value of 150 kO with ±2% tolerance. This device incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, and operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range). The package delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains performance across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor network is RoHS compliant with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations, features low-profile epoxy resin construction compatible with DIP layouts, and is suitable for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and signal termination circuits.
