DESCRIPTION

The 4608H-101-202LF is an 8-pin thick film conformal SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration (101 circuit) with a 2 kO resistance value. This high-profile design offers increased power handling capability with a package power rating of 1.60 watts at 70°C ambient temperature. The resistor network incorporates 7 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C and maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and features RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu-plated termination (LF designation). This configuration is ideal for applications requiring multiple matched resistors such as DRAM termination, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI applications where space efficiency and thermal performance are critical.
