DESCRIPTION

The 4606X-102-223LF is a thick-film conformal single in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with a 22 kO resistance value. This device incorporates multiple isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range. The network is rated for -55 °C to +125 °C operation, provides 10,000 MO minimum insulation resistance, and withstands 200 VRMS dielectric voltage. The package delivers 0.75 W power dissipation at 70 °C ambient temperature and features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI line termination, and general-purpose resistor network integration in compact PCB designs requiring low-profile conformal packaging.
