DESCRIPTION

The 4606M-101-471LF is a thick-film conformal single-in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring a bussed circuit configuration with 470 ohms resistance value. This medium-profile device incorporates multiple equal-value resistors connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. The resistor network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and a package power rating of 0.90 watts at 70°C ambient temperature. The device exhibits excellent environmental stability with insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, making it suitable for precision filtering, signal conditioning, and termination applications in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits.
