DESCRIPTION

4304M-104-221/331L is a dual terminator resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring thick-film molded construction in a medium-profile SIP package. This 4-pin configuration incorporates twelve thick-film resistors paired in series, with R1 = 220 O and R2 = 330 O, terminating two signal lines between common ground (pin 1) and power (pin 8). The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 0.25 W per resistor at 70°C, and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO range). It features superior package integrity, compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, and is available in RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination. This configuration is ideal for SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications requiring matched dual resistor pairs.
