DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-474LF is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 470 kO and RoHS-compliant tin-plated (LF) termination. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 MO. The device delivers a power rating of 0.250 watt per resistor at 70°C and maintains superior package integrity with a flammability rating of UL94V-0. The resistor network is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and is ideal for applications including DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination, where multiple isolated resistor elements are required in a compact molded DIP package.
