DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-100LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration with tin-plated (RoHS compliant) terminations. This component supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across -55°C to +125°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O to 2.2 MO and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O or above 2.2 MO, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. The package delivers 2.25 watts power rating at 70°C with superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment. Applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, R/2R ladder networks, and dual terminator configurations where precision resistor arrays are required.
