DESCRIPTION
The PHS11-1DBR5KE341 is a rotary position sensor designed for precise angular measurement in industrial and automotive applications. It features dust-proof construction that maintains stable characteristics, an ultra-thin profile of 2.2 mm height, and a rated life of 1,500,000 cycles with excellent resistance materials and high-reliability wiper. The sensor operates across a full 360° rotational angle with a rotational torque range of 0–30 gf·cm and shaft push/pull strength exceeding 1.0 kgf for 10 seconds. Electrical specifications include a 5 kO resistance value with ±20% tolerance, power rating of 0.1 W, linearity of ±2% (for electrical angles = 300°), and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±500 ppm/°C. Operating and storage temperatures range from -40°C to +120°C, with proven performance under dry heat, cold, humidity, and thermal cycling conditions.
