DESCRIPTION

The 91AR250KLF is a Model 91 single-turn cermet trimming potentiometer manufactured by BI Technologies, designed for precision variable resistance applications in electronic circuits. It features a 3/8" diameter body with top adjustment via Phillips or blade screwdriver, offering essentially infinite resolution across a standard resistance range of 10 ohms to 2 megohms with ±20% tolerance. The device is rated for a maximum input voltage of 250 Vdc or rms (not to exceed power rating), a maximum slider current of 100 mA, and a power rating of 0.5 watts at 70°C derating to 0 watts at 125°C, with an actual electrical travel of 174°. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, the potentiometer provides robust performance in demanding environments with 1,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance and 500 Vrms dielectric strength. This trimming potentiometer is ideal for calibration, tuning, and adjustment applications in instrumentation, audio equipment, and industrial control systems where reliable, precision variable resistance is required.
