The 830C is an 11,000-count dual-display handheld capacitance meter designed for rapid and accurate capacitance measurements in electronic component testing and troubleshooting. It features a primary display with 11,000-count resolution and a secondary 10,000-count display for simultaneous D and Q readings, with 0.5% basic accuracy across multiple measurement ranges from 1000.0 pF to 199.99 mF. The meter employs a constant-current charging and discharging method for capacitance measurement, operates at approximately 5 times per second for capacitances below 100 pF, and includes advanced functions such as tolerance sorting mode (1%, 5%, 10%, 20%), relative mode, data hold, Min/Max/Average recording, and Hi/Lo limit comparison with 25 sets of limits.
