DESCRIPTION

The LPS65-M is a 24 V single-output open-frame AC-DC power supply from the Artesyn LPS60 series, designed for compact applications requiring reliable power conversion. It accepts universal input of 85 to 264 VAC or 120 to 300 VDC and delivers 60 watts with natural convection cooling or 80 watts with 30 CFM forced-air cooling. The unit features output overvoltage and short-circuit protection, remote sense capability for compensating up to 0.5 V lead drop, and a built-in EMI filter meeting FCC Class B and CISPR 22 Class B standards. Operating over 0°C to 50°C ambient temperature with derating to 70°C, the LPS65-M achieves 70% typical efficiency and demonstrates MTBF exceeding 550,000 hours at full load and 25°C. This power supply is well-suited for test and measurement equipment, single-board computers, telecommunications, and networking applications where compact form factor and reliable DC power are essential.
