LES20A48-5V0RS is an isolated DC/DC converter module designed for high-current, low-voltage power delivery applications. It accepts a 48V input (36–75 Vdc range) and delivers 5.0V at up to 20A output current with 92% typical efficiency. The module features an industry-standard eighth-brick footprint with low-profile through-hole construction, providing 38% space savings compared to conventional quarter-brick converters. Key characteristics include ±1.5% set-point accuracy, ±0.1% line regulation, ±0.2% load regulation, and 60 mV peak-to-peak ripple and noise. The converter operates reliably across a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, includes secondary-side control with no optocouplers for fast transient response, and provides overvoltage and overtemperature protection. It is ideal for telecommunications, server power supplies, industrial control systems, and other applications requiring high-efficiency, isolated power conversion with compact form factors.
