DESCRIPTION

The ATA00AA18S-L is a 3-watt isolated DC-DC converter designed for low-power applications including data communication, telecommunications, computer peripheral equipment, industrial automation, and mobile battery-powered systems. It features a dual output configuration providing ±5V at 300 mA with 77% efficiency, operating from a 9-36 VDC input range with a 4:1 input ratio. The converter is housed in an ultra-compact surface-mount package measuring 23.8 × 13.7 × 8.0 mm and provides 1500 VDC input-to-output isolation with 1000 MO insulation resistance. Key performance characteristics include ±2.0% voltage tolerance, 1.0% line regulation, 1.2% load regulation, 100 mV noise/ripple, and a 350 kHz switching frequency. The device operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C, includes remote ON/OFF control, meets EN 55022 Class A and FCC Level A input filtering standards, and carries UL/cUL/IEC/EN 62368-1 safety approvals with a 3-year warranty.
