DESCRIPTION

The AEE01C24-M is a 15-watt isolated DC-DC converter from Artesyn's AEE15W-M series designed for demanding instrumentation applications requiring supplementary or reinforced insulation to comply with stringent industrial and medical safety standards. It accepts an input voltage range of 18-36 Vdc and delivers 15 V output at 1 A maximum power, with 4200 Vac reinforced insulation and 2x MOPP safety rating. The converter features 89% efficiency, ±1.0% voltage tolerance, 150 mV output noise/ripple, and operates reliably across -40°C to +80°C ambient temperature with low leakage current below 5 µA. Its compact 50.8 x 25.4 x 12 mm plastic package and medical EMC compliance (EN55011, EN60601-1-2) make it ideal for medical devices, industrial control systems, and instrumentation requiring galvanic isolation and high reliability.
