DESCRIPTION
The 73-956-0001T-G2 is a µMP16 configurable power supply module designed for the Advanced Energy Artesyn µMP series GEN II platform, supporting output power up to 1800 W depending on input voltage. It features a wide 85–264 VAC input voltage range with active power factor correction (0.99 typical power factor) and active AC inrush control limiting inrush current to 40 A maximum, ensuring compliance with EN61000-3-2 standard. The module offers multiple output voltage configurations ranging from 0.9 V to 60 V DC with corresponding current ratings, and includes full Medical EN60601 approval, PMBus monitor/control capability, high efficiency design, and constant current limit protection. With a power density of 22.7 W/cu-in and an intelligent low-noise fan with 36% noise reduction compared to GEN I, this module is well-suited for medical, industrial, and telecommunications applications requiring high reliability and compact form factor.
