DESCRIPTION

The JD7509G is a single-pole keylock switch from the JD Series featuring a 4-tumbler lock mechanism with 45° indexing and maintained switching capability. It provides three selectable key-pull positions (positions 1, 2, and 3) with connected terminals at B-1, 1-2, and 7-8 respectively, enabling flexible switching configurations for various control scenarios. The switch is rated for maximum resistive loads of 4A at 125 VAC and 2A at 250 VAC, with an initial contact resistance of 20 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. Operating reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C with an electrical life of 6,000 cycles at full load, the JD7509G is well-suited for industrial control panels, security systems, and equipment requiring secure key-operated switching with multiple operational positions.
