DESCRIPTION

The 631NH/2 is a single-pole toggle switch with an insulated black polyamide lever and solder lug/quick-connect terminals, designed for high-amperage panel-mount applications. It features a 28° angle of throw with ON-OFF functionality, delivering robust switching performance with a peak current rating of 30 A at 250 VAC during 1/2 sine wave conditions. The switch exhibits an initial contact resistance of 10 mO maximum, insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength of 2,000 Vrms between terminals and 2,500 Vrms between terminals and frame at 50 Hz. With an electrical life of 10,000 cycles at full load and operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, the 631NH/2 is suitable for industrial control panels, power distribution equipment, and other demanding switching applications requiring reliable high-current performance.
