DESCRIPTION

3545-02 is a high-performance environmentally sealed toggle switch from the APEM 3500 series, designed for demanding applications requiring robust sealing and reliable switching. This double-pole switch features frontal sealing to IP67 or IP69K via a silicone membrane and rear sealing to IP64 through moulded-in terminal inserts, withstanding 0.1 bar pressure. It offers electrical ratings of 15A at 28VDC resistive load with a mechanical life of 40,000 cycles and electrical life of 10,000 cycles at full load. The switch is constructed with a mineral filled polyester case (UL94-V0), zamac bushing and cover, and silver alloy contacts. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, this toggle switch is approved to European standards CECC 96000 and is ideal for industrial, marine, and outdoor equipment requiring environmental protection.
