DESCRIPTION

The 3541021N000 is a high-performance double-pole toggle switch from the 3500 series, engineered for environmentally sealed panel mounting with complete protection against moisture and pressure ingress. This switch features a 22° angle of throw and is available with normalized quick-connect terminals, offering ON-OFF functionality in position III (A2-A3, B5-B6) and OFF functionality in position I (A1-A2, B5-B4). The switch is rated for 10,000 mechanical cycles at 20°C with electrical performance of 15 A at 28 VDC resistive load, 15 A at 28 VDC inductive load, and 5 A at 28 VDC lamp load. It provides front sealing to IP67 or IP69K via silicone membrane and rear sealing to IP64 through molded-in terminal inserts, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The switch is approved to European standards CECC 96000 and features silver alloy contacts with an initial contact resistance of 10 mO maximum at 1 A 2 VDC, making it suitable for industrial control panels, marine equipment, and other demanding sealed switching applications.
