DESCRIPTION

PL282X-301-70 is a PerLok 10mm-90 2-piece plug connector designed for high-voltage applications with integrated HVIL (High Voltage Interlock Loop) functionality. This connector features X polarization, supports 70mm² cable size, and is rated for 300A current and 1000 VDC operating voltage with a dielectric withstand voltage of 5000 VDC. It offers IP67 and IP2X protection class, electromagnetic shielding, and includes an automatic secondary lock mechanism for secure connections. The connector operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and provides a minimum of 500 mating cycles, making it suitable for electric vehicle battery systems and other high-power applications requiring reliable electrical interlock safety features.
