DESCRIPTION

PL18X-301-50 is a PowerLok 10mm IPOS plug assembly featuring an orange press key and touch-proof pin design for secure high-current power connections. The connector accepts wire with an outer diameter of 17.0 ± 0.5 mm and is rated for 300 A continuous current at 1000 VDC operating voltage, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 5000 VDC. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and provides IP67 and IP2X protection ratings with electromagnetic shielding. The assembly includes automatic secondary locking and electrical interlock (HVIL) functionality, with a minimum mating cycle life of 50 cycles. This connector is ideal for high-power automotive, industrial, and renewable energy applications requiring robust, reliable power distribution with enhanced safety features.
