DESCRIPTION

PL18U-301-50 is a PowerLok 10mm IPOS plug assembly connector designed for high-voltage power applications. It features a current rating of 300 A, operating voltage of 1000 VDC, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 5000 VDC. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and provides IP67 & IP2X protection class with electromagnetic shielding. It includes touch proof pin design, automatic secondary lock, and electrical interlock (HVL) for enhanced safety. This connector accepts wire OD of 14.5 ± 0.5 mm and is suitable for demanding industrial and automotive high-voltage interconnect applications.
