DESCRIPTION

ATM04-2P-KIT01 is a 2-position receptacle connector kit from the ATM Series™ designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring robust environmental sealing and reliable electrical connections. The connector features an integrated latching system with Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) lock mechanism, thermoplastic UL94-VO housing with excellent UV resistance, and silicone elastomer seals that provide IP68 (dust-tight, 1M water immersion for 24 hours) and IP69K (high-pressure waterproof at 4 points) ratings in mated condition. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a maximum current rating of 7.5A and voltage rating of 250V, the connector accommodates 16-22 AWG wire and achieves over 100 mating cycles with a minimum contact pull-out force of 25 lbs. This kit is ideal for under-the-hood automotive, industrial machinery, and outdoor equipment applications where durability, environmental protection, and secure connections are critical requirements.
