DESCRIPTION

AT8PS-CKIT is a heavy-duty, 8-position thermoplastic connector kit from the Amphenol Sine Systems AT Series™ line, designed for demanding industrial interconnect applications. The connector features an integrated latching system that ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connections, with IP68 and IP69K ratings in mated condition providing superior environmental protection against dust and water ingress. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, the connector supports a maximum current of 13A (Size 16) at 250V maximum voltage, with thermoplastic UL94-VO housing offering excellent UV resistance and flammability performance. The design incorporates stamped, formed, and machined copper alloy contacts with nickel plating (gold available), silicone rubber seals, and a minimum of 100 mating cycles, along with superior front and rear environmental seals for multi-sealing perimeter protection. This connector kit is ideal for heavy-duty, transportation, marine, diagnostic, alternative energy, and agricultural applications where robust environmental sealing and reliable mechanical connection are critical.
