DESCRIPTION

The 242178-11 is a bulkhead-style RF adaptor that transitions from an SMA jack to a TNC jack. It operates with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ohms across a frequency range of 0 to 11 GHz. The adaptor features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS minimum and is constructed with a nickel-plated brass body and a gold-plated Beryllium Copper (BeCu) contact. Designed for durability, it is rated for a minimum of 500 mating cycles and can withstand a wide operating temperature range from -65°C to +165°C. This component is ideal for panel-mount applications requiring a robust RF connection through an enclosure with a maximum panel thickness of 6.8mm.
