DESCRIPTION

The 112568 is a BNC bulkhead crimp jack connector manufactured by Amphenol RF, specifically designed for terminating Belden 8218 cable. This connector features a 1/2-28 UNEF-2A threaded interface with a 17.5 hex nut for secure panel mounting. The assembly includes a nickel-plated brass body and housing, a gold-plated phosphor bronze contact pin, a red rubber gasket, and a nickel-plated copper ferrule. The connector is designed with recommended cable stripping dimensions of 4.00 mm and a recommended mounting hole diameter of 12.70 mm, with crimped ferrule and contact pin hex crimp sizes of 0.178" and 0.068" respectively. This bulkhead jack is ideal for RF and coaxial cable applications requiring reliable, secure panel-mount connections in test equipment, instrumentation, and communication systems.
