DESCRIPTION

031-71042 is a 75 ohm BNC jack connector designed for right-angle PCB mounting applications with a zinc die-cast housing. The connector features a phosphor bronze contact with gold plating over tin and nickel plating, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The body is zinc die-cast with nickel plating, the insulator is polypropylene with UL94 HB flammability rating, and the ground terminal is copper wire with tin plating. With an impedance of 75 ohms and precision-machined dimensions including a 0.500-28 UNEF-2A thread specification, this connector is ideal for RF and video signal transmission in broadcast, telecommunications, and instrumentation applications where impedance matching and signal integrity are critical.
