DESCRIPTION

The 031-6-RFX is a BNC cap and chain connector accessory designed for cable termination and port protection in RF applications. It features a nickel-plated body construction and is rated for commercial-grade applications. The cap and chain design allows for convenient attachment and prevents loss of the protective cap during use. This accessory is compatible with standard BNC connectors used in miniature to subminiature coaxial cable applications (RG-58, RG-59, RG-179, RG-316, etc.). The 031-6-RFX is ideal for protecting unused BNC ports in test equipment, instrumentation, and RF systems operating up to 11 GHz, helping to maintain signal integrity and prevent contamination of connector interfaces.
