DESCRIPTION

The A8504967N is a straight MS "V" thread adapter backshell from the M85049/144 family, designed to provide strain relief and a termination point for circular connectors. It is constructed from a high-strength aluminum alloy and features a conductive, RoHS-compliant electroless nickel finish that operates in a temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. This backshell is available in non-self-locking, detented self-locking, and non-detented self-locking versions. It is designed for use with Connector Group J connectors, making it suitable for demanding applications in the aerospace and defense industries, including those requiring compatibility with MIL-DTL-26482 Series II and MIL-DTL-83723 Series III connectors.
