DESCRIPTION

ELP4A03 is a 2-pole electrical receptacle and plug connector with HVIL (High Voltage Interlock) and shielding shell designed for high-voltage power distribution applications. The connector features RADSOK® contact technology with a contact size of 3.6 mm and supports crimped wire sizes of 2.5 mm² (20A) and 4 mm² (30A), with a maximum test current rating of 30A at 4 mm². It operates at a maximum DC voltage of 1000V and AC voltage of 860V, with a test voltage rating of 2200V AC (RMS) at sea level, and maintains operational performance across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The connector achieves IP67 ingress protection when mated, includes 360° EMI shielding, and meets IEC 60529 touch-proof standards with a minimum durability of 100 mating cycles. This connector is ideal for industrial power applications requiring high reliability, environmental sealing, and electromagnetic interference protection in demanding environments such as alternative energy systems, power generation, and heavy equipment.
