DESCRIPTION

15-006261 is a D-SUB male connector with 25 positions and solder cup termination designed for water-resistant applications. The connector features an IP 67 rating and is sealed to withstand pressure up to 1.45 PSI for 30 minutes after soldering, with a closed 4-40 UNC thread for secure mounting. The metalshell is zinc die-cast with minimum 50 µin nickel plating over copper, insulators are PBT GF UL 94 V-0, and contacts are copper alloy with optional gold plating. The solder cup accepts cable AWG 20, and the connector includes a silicone sealing gasket and TPE rubber gasket for enhanced water resistance. This connector is ideal for marine, industrial, and outdoor applications where reliable, sealed electrical connections are required in harsh or wet environments.
