DESCRIPTION

The SFW22R-2STE1LF is a 1.00 mm ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) right-angle FFC-FPC connector designed for surface mount applications with top contact configuration and 22 positions. This connector features a compact height of 2.7 mm and incorporates a high-temperature, dimensionally stable LCP housing (UL 94 V-0) with phosphor bronze contacts and brass tabs. It delivers a voltage rating of 100 V AC/DC, current rating of 1.0 A AC/DC, contact resistance of 30 mO maximum, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with FFC/FPC retention force of 0.68 N/contact minimum. The connector's ZIF mechanism provides stress-free mating with strong cable retention, vibration-proof operation, and support for up to 20 mating cycles, making it ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, LCD/OLED displays, industrial controllers, and medical equipment applications.
