DESCRIPTION

The 68786-202 is a 1X2 low-profile jumper assembly designed for standard interconnection applications. It features 30 µm (0.76 µ") gold or GXT plating over 50 µm (1.27 µ") nickel contact plating, providing reliable electrical connectivity and corrosion resistance. The housing is constructed from polyester material that is flame-retardant per UL-94-VO specification, with a white color finish. The product is designed for mating with 0.025"/0.64 mm square pins on true centers with 0.015"/0.38 mm diameter tolerance, and recommended mating pin length is 0.160"/4.06 mm minimum. This jumper assembly is commonly used in electronic equipment for configuration and selection purposes, offering a cost-effective solution for temporary or semi-permanent connections in circuit boards and electronic modules.
