DESCRIPTION

The 65863-081 is a Quickie® Shrouded Header with Eject Latch, designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with a low profile form factor and eject latch mechanism for secure mating. The connector incorporates dual polarization to prevent mismating, duplex plating for cost savings with 100+ mating cycle performance, and is compatible with wave, vapor-phase, and low-temperature soldering processes. With a dielectric withstanding voltage of 750V AC, current rating of 1A continuous, and operating temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, this connector is well-suited for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications.
