DESCRIPTION

The 65863-079LF is a Quickie® shrouded IDC PCB connector header designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design with low profile construction, blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated), and phosphor-bronze pins with tin over nickel plating for durability. The connector supports 1A continuous current rating, 750V AC dielectric withstanding voltage, and maintains 100 mating cycles with excellent contact reliability (20MO maximum contact resistance). Operating across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, this connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications where cost-effective, durable board-to-cable interconnections are required.
