DESCRIPTION
The 53611-S26-6LF is a Quickie® shrouded IDC PCB connector header designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a low-profile design with four-walled shielded construction for pin protection and misalignment prevention, along with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector is constructed with blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated) and phosphor-bronze pins with tin plating over 1.27µm nickel, delivering reliable performance across 100 mating cycles. Electrical specifications include a 1A continuous current rating, 1×105MO minimum insulation resistance, and 750V AC dielectric withstanding voltage, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to +105°C. This connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications where cost-effective, durable flat cable termination is required.
