DESCRIPTION

The 10146997-12100LF is a right-angle through-hole header for the Minitek® Pwr 5.7 connector system, designed for high-current power distribution in wire-to-board applications. It features a 5.7mm pitch with a current rating of up to 28A per contact, supporting wire gauges from 16AWG to 12AWG, and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 120°C (gold-plated version). The connector incorporates polarized mating geometry to prevent mis-mating, positive locking with low thumb latch operation, and a scoop-proof housing to protect terminals from damage. Electrical specifications include a contact resistance of 2mO maximum, insulation resistance of 1000MO minimum, voltage rating of 600VAC (RMS)/DC, and dielectric withstand voltage of 2200VAC. This connector is ideal for telecommunications equipment, server applications, industrial appliances, and medical devices requiring reliable high-current power connections.
