DESCRIPTION

The 10120766-101LF is a press-fit connector contact designed for high-reliability interconnect applications in the AirMax VS product family. It features tin over nickel (lead-free) plating on the press-fit tail, meeting lead-free compliance requirements while maintaining performance standards qualified to FCI Product Specification GS-12-239 and Telcordia GR-1217-CORE. The contact is constructed from copper alloy and is housed in high-temperature thermoplastic (UL94V-0 rated) with black IMLA plastic insulation. Dimensional specifications include a nominal outline with tolerances of ±0.10 mm for linear dimensions and ±0.050 mm for precision features, with recommended PCB layout supporting differential signal applications. This connector is suitable for central office and high-performance data communication systems requiring lead-free, press-fit interconnection with superior environmental and thermal stability.
