DESCRIPTION

The 10118940-016LF is a Minitek® Active Latch Housing designed for double-row connector applications in board-to-board and cable/wire-to-board connections. This housing features a polyamide construction with UL94V-0 flammability rating and incorporates a POKA YOKE feature for correct mating alignment without pre-opening requirements. The connector delivers a latching retention force of 25N minimum for 2x5 and 2x25 configurations, with an insulation resistance of 1000MO minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, this lead-free compatible housing is ideal for electronic control systems, communications equipment, industrial automation, and instrumentation applications requiring reliable modular connectivity.
